You did all the social sites and want to take the next step -- putting yourself out into the wild? We give you the concepts on how static websites work, and how you can write your own using (x)HTML and CSS. You won't get around reading a couple tutorials to find the one TAG that's doing exactly what you want; but you'll know there are tags and you need them to make stuff look right.
