Up to now, the best and most complete documentation is my diploma thesis (pdf, 5.3mb). A more detailed documentation will appear as time allows. In case a problem arises drop me a line.
A documentation of the source in HTML generated using doxygen is included in the distribution and is accessible here (still being improved).
